What it costs

Three ways in. A person can start alone for the price of a couple of coffees; a church pays one predictable monthly fee; a coordinating nonprofit is quoted per network. No setup fee, and no percentage taken out of what your congregation gives.

Individual

$12.99 / month

Any Christian, no church required. Track your state's legislation, contact your representatives, and find people you can trust.

  • Full bill feed for one state, with source-anchored analysis
  • Auto-drafted letters to your elected representatives
  • Private connections and Commerce directory
  • Give to any church or verified nonprofit
  • Cancel anytime from the app

Billed monthly through Stripe. Purchased on the web.

Garrison — a church

$249 / month

One church, running on one system: people, giving, events, volunteers, groups, communications, and the documents behind every decision.

  • Everything in Individual, for your whole congregation
  • Contacts, membership, and pastoral follow-up
  • Giving through your own Stripe account
  • Events, check-in, volunteers, and groups
  • Unlimited staff seats
  • Permission-aware assistant across your own data

14-day free trial, card required up front. 15% off paid annually. Cancel from the console.

Federation

Custom · by quote

A coordinating nonprofit sponsoring a network of churches, with multi-state visibility and campaigns across the whole body.

  • Multi-state bills and a network-wide map
  • Broadcast to opted-in churches
  • Coordinated civic campaigns
  • Donor and supporter tools for the nonprofit
  • Endorsement waivers that offset a church's cost

Priced per network — a base platform fee plus a per-church line. Talk to us.

Borough Builder takes 0% of your giving.

Donations go to the church's own connected Stripe account. We charge no platform percentage and never touch the money. Stripe's normal processor fees still apply, and your donors can choose to cover them so the full gift reaches the church.

Questions a treasurer will ask

Is the Garrison trial really free?
Yes, for 14 days. A card is required up front so the subscription can continue without an interruption, and nothing is charged until the trial ends. Cancel before then and you are not billed.
Do we need our own Stripe account?
For giving, yes — the church connects its own Stripe account so funds land in the church's bank, not ours. Your Garrison subscription is separate and billed by us.
What happens if we stop paying?
Your data stays yours. Access to paid features lapses; the records are not deleted, and you can export or resume. We will tell you before anything closes.
Is 501(c)(3) status required?
Not to use the platform. It is required to unlock the giving flow, because that is what lets Stripe and your donors treat gifts correctly.
Can a person start before their church does?
That is the point of the Individual tier. It is an on-ramp, not a dead end — the same record you start alone becomes the seed of a congregation when your church joins.

Where this stands today

Borough Builder is in managed onboarding: churches are set up with us rather than through a self-serve signup, so every early church gets a real person. The prices above are what you will be charged when your account opens — published here so you can take a number to your elders before you talk to us.

Ready to talk numbers with your board?Five quick questions, mostly optional after the first two. A real person reads every one of these.
